On Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 12:30 p.m., Keane & Beane, P.C. will present Part I of its 2022 Virtual Fall Webinar Series, Stop Procrastinating! It’s Time to Update Your Sign Ordinance. This presentation will review the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent rulings on sign regulations, which have substantially clarified the law and help local governments identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement within their own municipal sign regulations. Keane & Beane municipal attorney, Edward J. Phillips will review recent U.S. Supreme Court rulings concerning sign regulations, unconstitutional sign regulations, enforcement of existing sign regulations, as well as best practices for municipal sign regulations.

Registration for this virtual webinar is required. Access code will be sent the morning of the webinar.
