Ms. Volpe practices in the Education, Municipal and Labor Relations & Employment Law Practice Groups. She provides General Counsel services to numerous public school districts and municipalities in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Dutchess Counties, NY, as well as provides advice to boards of education and school district administrators regarding all aspects of school district operations. Ms. Volpe also represents municipal clients in real property tax litigation, and issues related to real property tax administration and the formulation of tax abatement and payment in lieu of tax agreements.
