Keane & Beane is pleased to announce that Kathleen N. Hodgdon, Counsel, The Association of Towns of the State of New York will be a special guest at Part I of their 2022 Fall Webinar Series Stop Procrastinating! It’s Time to Update Your Sign Ordinance. This virtual webinar presentation on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. will review the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent rulings on sign regulations, which have substantially clarified the law and help local governments identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement within their own municipal sign regulations. Ms. Hodgdon will join Keane & Beane municipal attorney Edward J. Phillips in a review recent U.S. Supreme Court rulings concerning sign regulations, unconstitutional sign regulations, enforcement of existing sign regulations, as well as best practices for municipal sign regulations.

Registration for this virtual webinar is required. Access code will be sent the morning of the webinar.
