Keane & Beane, P.C.’s Land Use Development Team is pleased to serve as counsel for the re-development of the ex-IBM West campus in East Fishkill, obtaining site plan and special permit approvals for a 630,000 square-foot state-of-the-art Amazon warehouse. Collaboration and cooperation among various branches of government, with developer Bluewater Property Group and land use counsel, resulted in all approvals being obtained in six months, despite regulatory complexity and extensive mitigation measures required to minimize the impact of bringing such a large project to reality. Construction has already commenced and Westchester & Fairfield Business Journal has announced this huge success.
