Jennifer Gray’s practice is devoted to the areas of planning and zoning, and litigation pertaining to land use, municipal and real estate matters. Ms. Gray presents applications to municipal boards on behalf of private sector clients, and also serves as counsel to local planning and zoning boards. Her litigation experience includes challenges to land use determinations of municipal boards, including matters related to SEQRA compliance.
Ms. Gray joined the firm in 2006 following her graduation from law school.
Ms. Gray is a lecturer on issues related to land development, zoning and SEQRA for the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation (WMPF), New York Planning Federation (NYPF), Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress, and local bar associations. For instance, Ms. Gray presented “New SEQRA Regulations” (2019) to WMPF and NYPF, “Land Use Case Law Update” (2018), “Local Code Enforcement & Prosecution” (2014) and “SEQRA: An Overview” (2013) to NYPF, “Land Use Law Update” to WMPF (2010) and “New York Brownfields Law” to the Rockland County Bar Association (2006). She has also presented programs for Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress, Land Use Law Center at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and the AIA Westchester Hudson Valley.
Ms. Gray is a Board Member of the Pace Law School Alumni Association.
