On September 19, 2019, Lance H. Klein and Jaclyn G. Goldberg will be presenting at the Mid-Hudson Association of Chiefs of Police’s (MHACOP) Quarterly Meeting at The Grandview in Poughkeepsie, New York.  They will be discussing important labor issues that affect police departments  in the region and state, including the effect of the Janus decision,  police discipline, Civil Rights Law § 50-a, Freedom of Information Law requirements, and retirement system contribution requirements.  For more information, please visit https://www.nychiefs.org/about/regional-associations/59-mid-hudson-chiefs-of-police-association.
