Jaclyn Goldberg to Present Labor Law for Small Business Owners

On October 2, 2019, Jaclyn G. Goldberg will be presenting for New York Small Business Development Center (NY SBDC) at Rockland Community College in Suffern, New York.  She will be providing an overview of which state and federal laws are most important to be aware of for small businesses, including the FLSA, the FMLA, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the ADA, the ADEA, OSHA, COBRA, New York Paid Family Leave Law, New York State Human Rights Law, and other New York Labor Laws concerning wage and hour requirements.  For more information, please visit http://www.nyssbdc.org/
