Stephanie A. Zacharias’s practice focuses on estate planning and trust and estate settlement. Recognizing that no two clients are the same, she balances asset structure, state intestacy laws, residency and estate tax considerations with her clients’ legacy wishes to craft a tailored estate plan. Her estate planning services include preparation of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and related documents. She also provides representation for Surrogate’s Court proceedings and counsels fiduciaries regarding trust and estate settlement.
