The conference theme is “Fostering the Development of Sustainable Communities through Innovative Strategies.” Founded in 1993, the Land Use Law Center at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University is a national leader in developing innovative land use resources and training programs that support the development of sustainable communities and regions.
Keane & Beane advises developers, sellers, purchasers and property lessors and lessees, and will secure permits and approvals for commercial uses ranging from office buildings, restaurants, retail establishments and shopping centers to utility facilities, gasoline stations, wireless transmission sites and solid waste disposal facilities.
