On July 31, 2025, Stephanie Roebuck will present “Title IX – A Return to the Past and Competing State Obligations” at the 2025 Summer Law Conference in Albany, New York. The 2025 Summer Law Conference will be presented in-person at two different locations and virtually over two consecutive days for those who might not be able to attend in-person. It is a CLE and CTLE accredited program. Registration is required.
Stephanie M. Roebuck represents numerous public school districts as General Counsel, Labor Counsel and Special Education Counsel in Westchester and Rockland Counties, NY. She regularly handles school litigation matters in both state and federal courts, appeals to the Commissioner of Education, impartial special education hearings under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Education Law, employee disciplinary proceedings pursuant to the Education Law and Civil Service Law and discrimination and/or retaliation claims before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and State Division of Human Rights.
