On April 7, 2025, Jennifer L. Gray Presented SEQRA at the New York Planning Federation’s (“NYPF”) Annual Conference in Cooperstown, New York.
The New York Planning Federation provides training, educational and informational services to a broad range of members, enabling them to better assist themselves and their municipalities with development and land use decisions.
Jennifer Gray represents property owners and developers throughout the Hudson Valley in connection with applications seeking land use and zoning entitlements and serves as counsel to several local planning and zoning boards where she advises the boards on various issues related to compliance with state and local procedural requirements, as well as compliance with the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (“SEQRA”).
