Suzanne Volpe is an Education and Municipal Law attorney who provides General Counsel services to numerous public school districts and municipalities in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Dutchess Counties, NY., providing advice to boards of education and school district administrators regarding all aspects of school district operations, including board governance matters, business office matters, contracts, compliance with FOIL and the open meetings law, residency and transportation issues, educational programming, student disciplinary hearings and matters regarding students with disabilities.
