Jennifer Gray successfully represented Frito-Lay in swiftly securing land use entitlements for the construction of a 157,000 square foot fulfillment center in the Town of East Fishkill, NY. After working with Frito-Lay and its consultants to prepare materials for the required Special Permit, Site Plan and Subdivision applications, along with the associated environmental review pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), Ms. Gray efficiently navigated the project through the application review process to secure a SEQRA Negative Declaration and all land use approvals within 3 months after filing the applications with the Town. Meanwhile, Nicholas Ward-Willis assisted with the client’s environmental due diligence and secured necessary environmental permits and approvals from NYSDEC associated with the property’s former use by IBM for the manufacturing of semi-conductors. Keane & Beane is pleased to have been able to assist Frito-Lay in joining the East Fishkill and Dutchess County community. A total of 80 construction jobs and 80 FTE’s are projected to be created by the fulfillment center which is projected to open in 2024.
