On April 6, 2021, Nicholas Ward-Willis will participate as Moderator on the faculty of the New York State Bar Association’s CLE Webinar Program “Land Under Water: Navigating Legal Nuances of Waterfront Development in New York State” The professional panel will discuss issues that arise, why they matter, how to address them and how climate change may affect the analysis. Registration for the 1.5 credit CLE is required.
Mr. Ward-Willis is the Chair, of the NYSBA Environmental & Energy Law Section and is a frequent lecturer on land use and environmental issues, including SEQRA, RLUIPA, toxic torts, brownfields and environmental issues for residential real estate attorneys.
