On October 29, 2020, Jennifer L. Gray will present at the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation’s Zoning Board seminar which will cover topics of interest to members of zoning boards of appeals, consultants and practitioners The topics will include area variances, use variances, special permits and zoning interpretations.
Ms. Gray is currently the Chair WCBA Municipal Law Section and Vice President of the Westchester Woman’s Bar Association. Her practice as a Member of Keane & Beane is devoted to the areas of planning and zoning, and litigation pertaining to land use, municipal and real estate matters. She presents applications to municipal boards on behalf of private sector clients, and also serves as counsel to local planning and zoning boards.
The Westchester Municipal Planning Federation’s Zoning Board seminar will take place on Zoom from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
