Keane & Beane, P.C. Represents Kela Tennis, Inc. v. The City of Mount Vernon

Keane & Beane, P.C. by Andrew Tureaud represents Kela Tennis, Inc. in an action against the City of Mount Vernon pending in Westchester County Supreme Court concerning Mount Vernon’s illegal demolition of the tennis bubble at the Memorial Field Tennis Facility on June 1, 2018.  In the litigation, the City of Mount Vernon  has admitted to liability in connection with its unlawful acts in violation of the License Agreement entered into between Kela Tennis, Inc. and the City of Mount Vernon.  Kela Tennis, Inc. has retained an expert witness who values the damages to Kela Tennis, Inc. in excess of $10,000,000.
