Professional Experience

Andrew Tureaud is a litigator with a diverse practice, including real property title disputes, creditor’s rights, lien foreclosure, contract disputes, landlord-tenant matters and commercial claims.  He regularly represents individuals and entities in state courts throughout the Hudson Valley region, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Tureaud also represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He is qualified and often appointed to act as Receiver and/or Referee in actions pending in New York State Supreme Court.

Mr. Tureaud joined the firm in 2007 with several years of experience in real property title disputes, creditors’ rights, lien foreclosure, contract disputes, landlord-tenant matters and commercial claims.

Professional Activities/Publications

Mr. Tureaud is a frequent CLE lecturer on foreclosure for the New York State Bar Association and has also lectured to institutional lenders on creditor’s rights in bankruptcy.
