Professional Experience

Pamella Vegna works with the firm’s Environmental Law, Land Development and Zoning, Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution and Municipal Law practice groups. Ms. Vegna assists in the firm’s representation of land use boards and local officials throughout the Hudson Valley, including litigation. She works with municipalities with Freedom of Information and Open Meetings Law matters, as well as drafting local laws. Ms. Vegna also assists private clients with hazardous waste sites and oil spill remediation and cost recovery actions and land development.

Ms. Vegna joined the firm following her graduation from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, with an environmental law certificate.  Previously, she worked as a law clerk in the land use division of a prominent New Jersey real estate developer, a paralegal in asbestos litigation defense and a health and safety officer in the education and healthcare fields.  Ms. Vegna also served as a judicial extern during law school in the Chambers of the Honorable Cathy Seibel of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.
