Professional Experience
Christian A.L. Gates works with the firm’s Municipal Law, Labor Relations & Employment Law, Land Development & Zoning, Environmental Law and Education Law practice groups. Mr. Gates advises land use boards, local officials, and private clients throughout the Hudson Valley. He has experience helping clients on matters such as zoning, local laws and policies, bidding and procurement, employment and labor relations, and government structure. Mr. Gates also assists clients with litigation and alternative dispute resolution, contract negotiations, hazardous spill clean-up, and land use development.
Mr. Gates joined Keane & Beane, P.C. in 2022 following his graduation from Syracuse University College of Law.
