Professional Experience

Erin Lue-Hing works with the firm’s Education LawMunicipal Law and Labor Relations & Employment Law practice groups in Melville, New York. Prior to joining Keane and Beane in 2026, Ms. Lue-Hing defended plaintiffs, employers, municipalities and school districts on a plethora of issues involving labor and employment matters, union negotiations, policy drafting and implementation, complex litigation, artificial intelligence, compliance with Federal and State financial aid regulations, tax certiorari matters, and more.

Ms. Lue-Hing graduated from Columbia University with a Master in Public Administration, and went on to graduate from New York Law School, where she served as a member of the Moot Court Association and co-author of the Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition. Ms. Lue-Hing also served in the New York Civil Liberties Union clinic, Securities Arbitration clinic, and the Office of the Counsel to the Mayor of New York City, where she assisted in various administrative law, labor law, and civil rights matters.
