In continuation of Keane & Beane tradition of its attorneys participating and serving on the Board of the White Plains Bar Association, Andrew P. Tureaud was sworn in as an Officer on May 28th.
Andrew Tureaud is a litigator with a diverse practice, including real property title disputes, creditor’s rights, lien foreclosure, contract disputes, landlord-tenant matters and commercial claims. He regularly represents individuals and entities in state courts throughout the Hudson Valley region, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Tureaud also represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He is qualified and often appointed to act as Receiver and/or Referee in actions pending in New York State Supreme Court.
