On November 18, 2025, William Kang will present on Artificial Intelligence and Negotiations at the 2025 School Business Management Workshop for the Association of School Business Officials of New York (ASBO) in Saratoga Springs.
ASBO recognizes members as experts in school finance and operations and leaders in education. It supports the professional growth of its members, serves as the leading resource on school finance, and advocates to ensure quality education for all students.
William Kang provides General Counsel and/or Labor Counsel services to numerous public school districts. He regularly handles school litigation matters in state court, appeals to the Commissioner of Education, employee disciplinary proceedings pursuant to the Education Law and Civil Service Law, and discrimination and/or retaliation claims before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and State Division of Human Rights.
