Alyssa Zuckerman will present as a Moderator of a Panel titled Successful Strategies for Resolving Workplace Disagreements, Return to Work Issues and Other Employee-Management Disputes at Labor and Employment Relations Association’s (LERA) National Labor and Employment Relations Association’s 76th Annual Meeting/2024 Triad in New York on June 27, 2024. The “2024 Triad” in Manhattan combines 3 events: the FMCS 2024 National Labor-Management Conference, LERA 76th Annual Meeting and ILERA 20th Triennial World Congress from June 26-30, 2024. The conference will bring together the finest practitioners, academics, and neutrals in the world of labor relations. LERA’s mission bridges research, practice and policy, as well as stakeholders. ILERA’s general purpose is to promote the study of labor and employment relations throughout the world in the relevant academic disciplines. Ms. Zuckerman is the President of Long Island Chapter Labor and Employment Relations Association (LI LERA). Her practice focuses on representing employers in both the public and private sectors in labor, employment and education law matters. She has experience in public and private sector collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, interest arbitrations, employee disciplinary proceedings, unemployment insurance hearings and matters before the New York State Public Employment Relations Board and the National Labor Relations Board.
