In particular, he will concentrate on impartial hearings, appeals to the State Review Office, special education counsel and litigation, and appeals to the Commissioner of Education.
“Our firm is thrilled that Mike Lambert has chosen to join our education law group,” Stephanie Roebuck, managing member of Keane & Beane said. “His expertise will greatly benefit our firm’s representation of our clients, both current and new. Additionally, his leadership experience will enhance our longstanding focus on partnering with our clients in the development of quality, legally compliant educational programs through collaborative, proactive problem-solving, with the long-term goal of avoiding litigation when possible, and obtaining a successful outcome when it is not.”
Mr. Lambert has served as a former President of the New York State Association of School Attorneys, a member of the New York State Bar Association, and the National School Boards Association Council of School Attorneys.
