On January 16, 2026, at its Annual Meeting, the New York State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section elected Alyssa Zuckerman as its Chair-Elect. She has previously served as the Section’s Continuing Legal Education Committee Co-Chair.
Ms. Zuckerman represents employers in both the public and private sectors in labor, employment and education law matters. She has experience in public and private sector collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, interest arbitrations, employee disciplinary proceedings, unemployment insurance hearings and matters before the New York State Public Employment Relations Board and the National Labor Relations Board.
