On September 17, 2025, William Kang will present “A.I. and Negotiations” at the Municipal Administrator’s Association (MAA) meeting.
MAA meets regularly throughout the year to exchange ideas and act as support group for metro area administrators to “strengthen the process of representative and accountable government in the New York Metropolitan Area through the promotion of professionally appointed managers and administrators.”
William Kang provides General Counsel and/or Labor Counsel services to numerous public school districts in Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Orange and Columbia Counties, NY. He regularly handles school litigation matters in state court, appeals to the Commissioner of Education, employee disciplinary proceedings pursuant to the Education Law and Civil Service Law, and discrimination and/or retaliation claims before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and State Division of Human Rights.
