Richard K. Zuckerman represents management in all public and private sector labor and employment law areas, including collective bargaining, discipline and litigation-related matters. His public sector clients include cities, counties, towns, villages, fire and ferry districts, libraries, and public utilities. He also serves as general counsel to school districts and as a hearing officer in General Municipal Law Section 207-a and 207-c disputes.
