On September 28, 2024, Alyssa Zuckerman will present “Public Sector Employees’ Individual Rights: Engaging in Free Speech, Association, Off-Duty Conduct, Political Activities, Social Media Use, and the Like” at the 2024 New York State Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Section Fall Meeting. The Fall Meeting is a 3 day CLE program that will explore the challenges and complexities of the labor and employment law practice, while providing valuable insights and peer connection.
Ms. Zuckerman’s practice focuses on representing employers in both the public and private sectors in labor, employment and education law matters. She has experience in public and private sector collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, interest arbitrations, employee disciplinary proceedings, unemployment insurance hearings and matters before the New York State Public Employment Relations Board and the National Labor Relations Board.
