On October 4, 2021 Keane & Beane. P.C. presented Part I of their Fall Webinar Series, “Sexual Harassment in the Workplace – Legal Requirements and Best Practices to Minimize Liability“. Stephanie M. Goldberg, provided the basis requirements for employers in terms of policy and training, setting forth best practices regarding investigations of complaints, and discussed what employers can and should do in terms of employment actions during and after the investigation to address any findings of harassment or retaliation.
