On December 2, 2020, Nicholas Ward-Willis chaired the NYSBA CLE Program Webinar “Superfund/Brownfield Update 2020: Federal and State Environmental Law and Policy” with keynote speaker, Julie Tighe, President of the New York League of Conservation Voters Fund. The Program featured updates on important developments, panel discussions on New York’s land banks, revisions to ASTM’s standard for Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments, and recent court cases involving Superfund and brownfield issues.
