The Westchester County Bar Association Judiciary Committee has released its ratings of those candidates seeking Westchester County judicial positions in the upcoming November 3, 2020 election. The Committee rated Honorable Sam D. Walker as an “Exceptionally Well Qualified” candidate for the New York State Supreme Court for the Ninth Judicial District. Honorable David V. Hasin, Honorable E. Loren Williams, Honorable Richard J. Guertin, Alexandra D. Murphy, Esq. and Robert Ondrovic, Esq., who also seek to serve as Justices of the New York State Supreme Court for the Ninth Judicial District, received a “Well Qualified” rating. Mark D. Starkman, Esq. was designated as “Qualified” for the position. The Committee rated Honorable Michelle Schauerer and Honorable Nilda Morales-Horowitz as “Exceptionally Well Qualified” candidates for the Westchester County Family Court.
