Joel Sachs to Chair Zombie Housing Program at the NYSBA Real Property Law Section Summer Program

On July 12, 2019 Joel H. Sachs will be the Chairman of a NYSBA program on Zombie Housing to be held at the Equinox Hotel, Manchester, Vermont. Zombie houses are homes which have been abandoned by the owners and are languishing in foreclosure proceedings.
