On Friday, February 8, 2019 beginning at 8:00 a.m., Keane & Beane’s Land Development & Zoning, Construction Law and Real Estate Practice Area Groups will host a roundtable discussion to discuss Con Edison’s Moratorium on New Natural Gas Connections covering the parameters of the moratorium, the impacts to approved and pending development projects and its affects on real estate purchase contracts and/or leases.
