Richard O’Rourke and fellow Judges were awarded Certificates of Honor by the Putnam County Bar Association at its banquet held on November 1, 2018 at the Highlands Country Club in Garrison, New York. The Awards were for dedication to the residents of Putnam County. Rick has been a Member of Keane & Beane for 32 years, past-President of the Putnam County Magistrate’s Association and he is in his 27th year as a local Judge.
