Richard O’Rourke of Keane & Beane was quoted in a recent front page news article in the Journal News regarding a proposed mixed-use re-development of 39-51 North Broadway in the Village of Tarrytown. Stretching an entire block in the heart of the Village, the pedestrian friendly plan would include a mix of 225 apartments, 35,000 square feet of retail and 400 parking spots, 175 of which would be slated for public parking. The plans continue to be fine-tuned.
