Keane & Beane, P.C. Welcomes Associate Jeffrey A. Cohen

Keane & Beane welcomes new associate, Jeffrey A. Cohen, as a part of its Trusts & Estates law and Business Transactions law teams. Mr. Cohen is a 2005 graduate of the New York University School of Law’s Master of Laws in Taxation program and a 2004 graduate of the DePaul University College of Law (magna cum laude, Executive Editor of the DePaul University Law Review).  Mr. Cohen will assist members of the Firm as counsel with estate planning and estate administration matters.  Additionally, Mr. Cohen will assist members of the Firm with tax, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.
