Nicholas M. Ward-Willis Elected Treasurer of the New York State Bar Association’s Environmental and Energy Law Section

At the New York State Bar Association Environmental and Energy Law Section’s Annual meeting, Nicholas M. Ward-Willis was elected by its members to move from Secretary of the Section to its Treasurer, effective June 1, 2018.  Mr. Ward-Willis practices in the firm’s Environmental Law Section and regularly counsels clients on the performance of environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance and environmental litigation.  The purpose of this Environmental and Energy Law Section is to bring together members of the New York State Bar Association who are interested in environmental law for furtherance of the public interest in an effective and fair legal framework for protection of the human and natural environment.  More information about the Section can be found at http://www.nysba.org/Environmental/
