The Town of Somers has approved a 66 Town House development and DeCicco’s grocery store after a comprehensive environmental review. Keane & Beane served as counsel in obtaining zoning amendments, site plan, subdivision approval, including extension of municipal special districts to provide central water and sewer services to the projects. Richard O’Rourke and Jennifer Gray were the lead attorneys through the lengthy and complex approval process located in the New York City watershed.
