Joel H. Sachs Named Judge at Mock Trial

Joel H. Sachs will be a judge at a mock oral argument before an Appellate Court of the State of New York at the Annual Meeting of the New York State Bar Association, on the issue of whether a municipality in New York State can amend its zoning ordinance to ban fracking for natural gas. The arguments will be presented at the Annual Meeting of the Environmental Law Section at the New York Hilton Hotel in New York City, on January 31, 2014.
