Richard L. O’Rourke Named to the Board of Directors of the Westchester County Bar Foundation, Inc.

Richard L. O’Rourke has been named to the Board of Directors of the Westchester County Bar Foundation, Inc. (“WCBF”). WCBF is the charitable arm of the Westchester County Bar Association, with a goal to contribute to the improvement of the administration of justice and to encourage a better public understanding of the law. The Foundation also recognizes the outstanding service of non-judicial employees in the Ninth Judicial District through the annual Joseph F. Gagliardi Award for Excellence, and in conjunction with the Westchester County Bar Association, annually grants the Westchester County Bar Outstanding Law Student Award.
