Panel Discussion on Land Use Applications

On March 16th, Keane & Beane sponsored a panel discussion titled: “Land Use Applications: Do’s & Don’ts from the Reviewers’ Perspective.” The panelists were Don Moscato, Chairman of the Village of Rye Brook Zoning Board of Appeals; Tom Heaslip, Chairman of the Town of Harrison Planning Board; and Tom LaPerch, Chairman of the Town of Southeast Planning Board. Attendees included professional engineers, architects, wetland consultants and other Land Use professionals from across the Hudson Valley. Breakfast and networking was followed by informative presentations by the panelists, and a group discussion faciliated by Keane & Beane.
