George Alissandratos works with the firm’s Land Development & Zoning and Litigation & Alternative Dispute practice groups. He has led representation of various applicants before land use and zoning boards on both commercial and residential projects, and has assisted in litigating a variety of cases, including principally drafting a successful motion for summary judgment in a case involving a $1.5 billion electric generation facility capable of powering one million homes.
Mr. Alissandratos joined the firm in 2020 following his graduation from St. John’s University School of Law where he was the Associate Editor for the Commercial Division Online Law Report, and also served as a Senior Staff Member for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development. He returned to St. John’s University School of Law as an Adjunct Professor in the Fall 2022 semester where he teaches Legal Research, Analysis, and Writing for International LL.M. II, providing foreign-trained LL.M. students from all over the world with the tools to develop their U.S. legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
Prior to joining Keane & Beane, Mr. Alissandratos worked as an intern in private practice, helping represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, and assisting in the defense of professional liability claims against attorneys, architects, engineers, and other design professionals.
