Richard Zuckerman represents management in all public and private sector labor and employment law areas, including collective bargaining, discipline and litigation-related matters. His public sector clients include cities, counties, towns, villages, fire and ferry districts, libraries, and public utilities. He also serves as general counsel to school districts and as a hearing officer in General Municipal Law Section 207-a and 207-c disputes.
Sharon Berlin represents management in private and public sector labor and employment law matters, including investigations, disciplinary proceedings, arbitrations, collective bargaining, proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights, and in litigation in the federal and state courts.
