On March 21, 2024, Lance Klein will present 207c Overview at the New York State Association of Chiefs of Police 2024 Police Executive Training in Niagara Falls, New York. The 5 day curriculum is presented in cooperation with Hilbert College: The Institute for Law & Justice and the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services and is designed for new Chiefs of Police or Command Officers aspiring to be a Chief.
Lance Klein serves as labor counsel to Police Chiefs Association of Rockland County and the Mid-Hudson Association Chiefs of Police. Mr. Klein has been practicing management-side labor and employment law for over 30 years. On behalf of Keane & Beane, he serves as Labor Counsel to various municipalities, as well as private and publicly held corporations, throughout the Hudson Valley, attending to matters including collective bargaining with unions, employee discipline, grievance hearings and arbitrations.
