Professional Experience

David Glasser advises families in the area of estate planning. He assists families in planning for the transfer of wealth to later generations and in the administration of decedents’ estates. Mr. Glasser’s second focus area is as counsel in commercial and residential real estate conveyance, leasing and financing transactions. He represents many condominiums, cooperative apartment corporations and their sponsors. Finally, Mr. Glasser acts as counselor and general counsel to a number of small to medium-sized businesses in the Metro New York area. Mr. Glasser joined Keane & Beane in 1981 and enjoys longstanding relationships with many firm clients.

Professional Activities/Publications

Mr. Glasser served as Director of the Estate Planning Council of Westchester.  He has written for the New York State Bar Association and was a Contributing Editor of an estate planning publication of The National Institute of Business Management, Inc.

Community Service

Mr. Glasser has combined his professional expertise and his interest in community affairs, serving as a member of the Planned Giving Committee of White Plains Hospital Center, White Plains, NY, member of the Planned Giving Professional Advisory Board of Blythedale Children’s Hospital, Valhalla, NY and Chair and Director of the Westchester Business and Professional Leaders Division of UJA Federation of New York. He recently joined the boards of the Westchester Chapter of the American Jewish Committee and the Westchester Jewish Council.

Mr. Glasser was formerly Vice-Chair and Director of the Benjamin N. Cardozo Society of UJA-Federation of New York. He has also served as President of Temple Israel Center of White Plains and as a member of the congregation’s Executive Committee and Board of Trustees. He has been active in the Solomon Schechter School of Westchester as well.
