On June 6, 2023, Jennifer L. Gray and Edward J. Phillips will participate as guest speakers at the New York Planning Federation’s program “Learn @ Lunch: Use of Accessory Dwellings to Respond to Changing Housing Needs”, a virtual presentation that will discuss accessory dwelling units, their pros and cons and the role municipalities have in managing them effectively.
