On February 6, 2023, Jaclyn G. Goldberg will participate on a panel presenting Recruitment and Retention: Collaborative Strategies at the Bargaining Table at the New York State Conference of Mayors (NYCOM) Winter Legislative Meeting. The panel will discuss what negotiators have been seeing and employing at the bargaining table to help a municipality, or a particular department, to not only retain good, hard and trained workers, but recruit the next generation of the workforce.
NYCOM is an association of, and for, cities and villages in New York uniting local government officials in an active statewide network focused on the singular purpose of finding the most effective means of providing essential municipal services.
Jaclyn Goldberg represents various municipalities and private employers, attending to matters including general compliance with state and federal laws, collective bargaining with unions, employee discipline, improper practice charges, grievance hearings and arbitrations.
