On Monday, January 23, 2023, Drew Victoria Gamils will present at the New York State Bar Associations 2023 Annual Meeting, Local and State Government Law Section ” Encore: Local Regulation of Cannabis Now That the Regulations Are Out“. This portion of the presentation will review New York State and local cannabis regulations.
Drew Gamils works with the firm’s municipal, environmental, land development-zoning and litigation practice groups. She provides general counsel services to municipalities in Westchester and Dutchess Counties regarding all aspects of municipal operations, including land use and zoning matters. She has presented publicly several times and privately counseled client municipalities on New York State and local cannabis regulations.
