On February 10, 2022, Stephanie M. Roebuck will be a featured presenter of The Lower Hudson Special Education Task Force‘s webinar presentation “Divorced Parents and Special Education: How Custody Agreements and Orders of Protection May (or May Not) Impact the CSE Process” addressing a range of issues that schools and families encounter when divorced parents interact with school staff with regard to their children with special needs, including: identifying the parent or parents who can participate in CSE meetings and handling orders of protection.
