Nicholas Ward-Willis Secretary to the NYSBA Environmental & Energy Law Section

Nicholas Ward-Willis assumed the position of Secretary to the New York State Bar Association’s (NYSBA) Environmental & Energy Law Section. The Section’s purpose is to bring together members of the NYSBA who are interested in environmental law for furtherance of the public interest in an effective and fair legal framework for protection of the human and natural environment. Mr. Ward-Willis practices in the firm’s Environmental Law Practice group and advises clients on Brownfields, environmental due diligence, petroleum spills and other facets of the statutory and regulatory framework of environmental laws.
